2026 Team Placement Acceptance

To accept your offered position(s) please select the corresponding team(s) below. By making this selection you are accepting a position on that squad and agreeing to the cost indicated below X 46 continuous payments (or part there of calculated on a pro rata basis commencing classes after the official start date of January 27th 2026). Please note: there is an individualised selection for ALL cheer and ALL dance crossover variations so please ensure you carefully select the one that applies to you.

Direct Debit Arrangement

OPTION 1: I am a CURRENT Atomic direct debit user. I want to use my current account details and I agree to be debited 46 x continuous weekly payments starting on the 27th of January 2026 of the amount indicated by your team placement selection made above


OPTION 2: I am NOT a current Atomic direct debit user and I will need to be setup with a direct debit. You will be sent a link to set up the required direct debit arrangement for the amount indicated by your team placement selection made above.


OPTION 3: I will pay the whole year UPFRONT by CASH or BANK TRANSFER. I will be sent an invoice for CLASS FEES* for the entire 2026 season based on the amount indicated above by your team placement selection (Full payment will be required before start of term).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Class tuition is a contract formed upon submission of the enrolment document with direct debit payment agreement or pay upfront agreement. The contract start date is the date recorded by the digital submission of the enrolment document by the customer who submits that form. The contract expires on the 31st of December 2026 OR once the full amount owed is paid. As part of our class tuition contract we allow a 21-day cooling off period from the class commencement date for customers to choose to cancel their tuition contract without any repercussions. After the 21-day period, customers have a legal obligation to fulfil their contract; all costs must be paid in full. FIRST YEAR SEMI COMPETITIVE ATHLETE EXCEPTION: The tuition contract for first year semi competitive athletes allows for an extended cooling off period. These athletes must advise us in writing by no later than the Thursday 21st of March that they wish to cancel their tuition contract without any repercussions. After this date, first year semi competitive customers have a legal obligation to fulfil their contract; all costs must be paid in full. Scheduled payments that fail to transact or bounce will result in a temporary loss of service to the athletes: they will be gently removed from classes until the payment is made. Failed payments will incur an automatic $21.90 Failed Payment Fee. In addition to this each dishonoured debit payment will also attract a $10 administration fee from Atomic to cover the time spent chasing up missed payments. If outstanding payments continue to fail to the point that we are required to pass the debt onto a debt collector, all debt collectors’ fees will be added on top of the outstanding amount owed. In the event of serious injury or severe illness, debit payments may be suspended for athletes who are incapable of attending training for a period of time longer than 4 weeks. To suspend your payments, a suspension form will need to be filled in and submitted to the office to be approved along with a medical certificate outlining the terms of the reason for suspension including length of time. Suspension requests cannot be backdated and can only be approved at the discretion of the Atomic Management team.

AASCF Competition Waiver & Media Release

In consideration of myself / my child, participating in any way at Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF) events & activities, the undersigned acknowledges, & agrees that:

I, the undersigned Athlete (or parent or legal guardian if the Athlete is under 18 years of age), do hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to participate in any 2025 Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation Events which include but is not limited to dance, gymnastics, stunting, jumping, and tumbling components

I further acknowledge and understand and agree that by participating at AASCF events there is a possibility of physical illness or injury (minimal, serious, and catastrophic) and that my son/daughter is assuming the risk of such injury by participating. Understanding such risk, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily enrol (myself/my child) in events held by AASCF. I give my permission for my child to engage in the activities described above, and (myself/my child) assume the risk of the activities involving (myself/my child).

I authorise any representative of the AASCF, its agents, contractors any person representing to consent and authorise any medical attention, treatment, surgery or administration of drugs by qualified and licensed medical personnel for my son/daughter, which may become necessary. I will meet all costs and expenses incurred by AASCF or by myself in the administration of any medical treatment to me/my son/daughter during an AASCF event. I understand AASCF will use its best endeavours to contact me and to keep me informed in the event of any illness or injury occurring that requires medical treatment as soon as is practicable.

I understand the AASCF produces promotional material about the program. I understand that my son/daughter may be included in videotape or photography taken during this event. I hereby grant the AASCF, its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, any television networks and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape my son/daughter and further to utilise my son/daughter's face, likeness, voice and appearance as part of the event, and in advertising and promotion of the event. If you do not wish to have their images used in publications, social media, web-advertising and promotions you must notify us, in writing.

I willingly agree to comply with the AASCF events stated & customary terms & conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concern in my child’s readiness for participation &/or in the competition itself, I will remove my child from the participation & bring such attention of the nearest official immediately;

I understand that (I do not/my child does not) have permission to participate in cheerleading and dance activities at an event held by AASCF without agreeing to the terms and conditions on this release. I understand that this Form is effective for all events held by the AASCF the 2025 Calendar year. (“effective period”). I understand that this release and waiver of liability shall continue to be in effect during the below stated effective period until such time as I renounce it, in writing, at which time (I/my child) shall no longer be able to participate in any event held by AASCF during the effective period.

Rules / Regulations

• No smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages or use of illegal drugs allowed.

• The AASCF reserve the right to discipline any participant for unruly behaviour or for conduct

unbecoming to the event.

• Participants must respect all venue and facility rules and regulations including CHO

directions which may be in place

• Participants must obey all rules and regulations set forth by the event.
